The Seller declines all responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier, in particular in the event of loss of products, bad weather or strikes.
From receipt of the products, the customer has a withdrawal period of fourteen days to return the delivered products without having to justify themselves or pay a penalty, to do so, please send us a message at contact@doukaparis.com
Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The Seller undertakes to reimburse the Customer no later than fourteen days from the date on which he is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw, provided that the returned products are in their original packaging, complete, in perfect condition and accompanied by the original of the purchase invoice.
